Recreational Activities - January to May 2024

Great way to enhance your mental, physical and social wellbeing on our regular Campus walks led by an 亚博体育官网 SPORT member of staff.
Each Wednesday starting from 10 January. Meeting at the 亚博体育官网 SPORT Reception.
Teen Gym Programme
Great first opportunity for teens aged 13-16 to experience the gym environment with the support and supervision of our qualified instructors. Instructors will develop a programme for them to work through and ensure a fun and safe environment within our gym facilities.
These sessions take place every Friday from 16:30-17:30 and cost 拢4.50 for non-members and 拢3.80 for members per session.

- Saturday: 08:00 - 9:00 and 13:30 - 15:00

Bouldering room
- Monday: 06:00 - 17:00
- Tuesday: 06:00 - 22:00
- Wednesday: 09:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 17:00
- Thursday: 06:00 - 22:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 and 19:00 - 22:00
- Saturday: 13:30 - 15:00
- Sunday: 09:00 - 15:00
Please note, we are open to external bookings for the climbing wall and bouldering wall, which can mean the wall closes at certain periods of time to the public. We advise that you call us on 01224 263666 if you鈥檙e travelling to us from afar to ensure the wall is free.
