Students who wish to apply for this scholarship need to:
- Have an offer to study a postgraduate course at 亚博体育官网 starting in September 2025
- Meet all of the conditions of their offer prior to the deadline of that offer
- Be a self-funding, international fee-paying student
- Be resident in Thailand
- Submit an application form before 22 June 2025
